Return Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of placing your order.  In order for your return to be eligible for a refund, you must ship the product back to us in unused condition.  Any item that has been used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund of any amount.  You as the customer are responsible for all costs associated with mailing the item back to us. 

Initiate A Return Request: In order to initiate a return and refund request, you will need to contact us via email at contact@premiumfoot.com. Our Customer Service team is here to assist 5 days a week. 

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed. This is because our fulfillment process begins immediately after the order is placed and the order cannot be stopped.
